Raymond and Peter were two obnoxious loud drunks who were oblivious to the fact that their neighbours in the Lower Haight area of San Francisco lived close enough to hear them. Their hilarious outbursts are captured here accompanied by Mr Kenny Ball and his Jazzmen's version of 'The March of the Siamese Children' from 'The King and I.' Hic.
